 Iâve been where you are, stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting, binging, and feeling like nothing works, no matter how hard I try. I must be broken.Â
When I was 24 I found out I had a tumour the size of a small planet growing in my head. After major surgery the Doctor told me if these type of tumour grow back there's an 80% chance it will be cancerous.
I set out to be the healthiest I've ever been in my whole life  because let's face it - no one wants a cancer diagnosis. In the pursuit of optimal  health I even changed careers.
My body had a secret

For over a decade, I ran Health clubs and also worked as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant. I was fit and looked great. I helped others lose weight and get fit⌠but I was still secretly struggling with my own body.

Then life threw me another curveball. Almost overnight, I gained two dress sizes. The old rules â eat less, move more  didnât work.
My metabolism had slowed, and I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and thyroid nodules.
I was stuck, frustrated and really embarrassed

I didn't even get to eat my way fat this time. Â I could have just taken meds and called it a day. But I knew my body could heal if I gave it the right environment: Proper Nutrition, Supportive Movement, and Deep Nervous System Support. Slowly, (and I mean slowly) the weight started coming off.
