I wish I'd known what I know now, back when I was focusing on and struggling with food and my body wishing to be healthy, happy and at a balanced weight.

With 20 years of professional experience in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness Industry (10 years as a Nutrition and Fitness Professional, and a subsequent decade in Holistic Health) I've seen hundreds (if not thousands) of women struggle with their weight and help them unlock the intricate mysteries of long-term behaviour change.

My own personal journey began at 11 (over 34 years ago) when restrictive diets at Weight Watchers plunged me into the perplexing world of diet mentality (on again off again, good foods - bad foods, shame and guilt cycle etc).

Recognising the need to liberate myself from this mental entrapment, I had to embark on a healing journey, shedding over 20kgs/44 Pounds and healing hypothyroidism naturally.

I reflected: I taught people what to eat, I knew what to eat yet I realised eating behaviours can be an effect rather than a cause, of another problem, wether it's physical, mental or emotional.

I started to approach change in a holistic rather than linear manner with myself and my clients. It was truly transformative and I can't wait to share these  invaluable insights with you.
