Restorative yoga isn't about stretching further, building strength, or getting your body into challenging poses. It's about giving yourself permission to completely let go.
Using soft bolsters, blankets and supportive props, your body is comfortably supported in gentle positions for several minutes at a time. With nothing to strive for, your muscles can soften, your breathing naturally slows, and your nervous system begins to shift out of "doing" mode into deep rest.
Many people say it's the first time they've truly relaxed in months (and even years).
Whether you've never stepped onto a yoga mat before or have been practising for years, restorative yoga welcomes you exactly as you are. No flexibility is needed, just a willingness to pause and receive.
Calm Your Nervous System
Allow your nervous system to rebalance from high cortisol stress mode to rest and digest mode which your body recognises as safety. This is where healing can be optimised. No more reactive parent mode, or "I need another coffee stat" to get through the day.

Known as a sacred plant medicine in many ancient traditions, ceremonial cacao has long been used to encourage connection, presence, and intention.
Today, science also tells us that cacao contains naturally occurring flavanols and theobromine, which support healthy circulation. As a gentle vasodilator, it helps widen blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more freely - often creating a feeling of warmth, gentle energy, and openness as you settle into the experience..

Nervous System Balancing Somatic Practices
You'll be gently guided through simple, mindful movements and breathing practices designed to help your body release tension and settle into a state of ease.
Unlike exercise, there's nothing to push through or achieve. These gentle somatic practices invite you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and support your nervous system in shifting from stress and survival into a greater sense of calm, safety, and balance.
You may even take some of these practices and incorporate them into your daily life.
Deep Rest
Restorative Yoga
Unlike traditional yoga, restorative yoga isn't about stretching further, building strength, or improving flexibility. It's a practice of deep rest.
Wrapped in soft blankets and supported by bolsters and cushions, you'll gently settle into restful poses designed for complete comfort. There is no striving, no pushing, and nothing to perfect - only space to soften, breathe deeply, and let your body remember what true rest feels like.

Letting go
Sacred Sound Healing Meditation
Lie back, get comfortable, and simply receive. As the gentle sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flute, meditation flute, drum, bells, and chimes wash over you, you'll be invited into a deeply restorative meditative state.
With nothing to do and nowhere to be, your body can soften, your mind can become still, and your nervous system has the opportunity to unwind, leaving you feeling calm, grounded, and deeply nourished.

My passion is creating spaces where you can step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down, and remember what it feels like to truly rest.
My approach blends evidence-informed nervous system education with gentle mind-body practices, creating a safe, nurturing environment where you can simply arrive as you are.
