Meet Larissa - Integrative Mind-Body Well-Being Coach

A chance encounter at a local newsagent - a Natural Health magazine, after I was diagnosed with a tumour the size of a small planet in my head when i was 24, led me to holistic healing.  This supporting my rapid recovery and ignited my lifelong wellness journey.

Then at 34, while running a multimillion-dollar health facility, I packed on weight faster than a toddler eating birthday cake. 🫣 A hypothyroidism diagnosis left me exhausted, frustrated, and, ironically, struggling with my own health - again, while helping others with theirs. It was embarrassing.

Doctors called it a "lifelong condition"—I refused to accept that. Instead, I re-applied everything I knew about real nourishment, nervous system healing, and movement that felt good. The result? I naturally reversed hypothyroidism, and while I was at it  - the infertility that plagued me, all by working with my body, not against it.

I've now been working in the Wellness industry for 20 years. I'm a qualified Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, Food + Nutrition Consultant, Kinesiologist, Life Coach, Meditation teacher, Somatic Healing & Breathwork Facilitator. 

I spent 10 years managing multimillion-dollar health clubs and allied health practices, and now for the past 10 years, have run my own wellness and healing practice.

With both hands-on experience and an extensive professional career in health and healing, I bring a unique blend of lived experience and professional expertise to everything I do.
