Hi, I’m Larissa, and I know exactly what it feels like to try everything, push harder, follow every rule… and still feel like your body just won’t respond.
I grew up inside diet culture.
Weight Watchers at 11.
Counting. Restricting. Blaming myself when it all fell apart.
It took years to unlearn the rules that kept me afraid of food, disconnected from my body, and convinced I was the problem.
At 24, a tumour the size of a small planet in my head forced me to rethink everything I thought I knew about health. It became painfully clear that true wellbeing isn’t about the scale — it’s about safety, connection, and how supported your mind and nervous system feel. Food and exercise are only one slice of the story.
Then came the rest:
Hypothyroidism, thyroid nodules, rapid weight gain, a chronic back injury, and finally two babies after 5 miscarriages which meant kids in my 40s.
The “eat less, move more” formula didn’t just stop working — it made everything worse.
So I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it.
With 10+ years in fitness, 10 years in holistic health, somatic healing, and subconscious reprogramming, I finally uncovered the real reasons I’d struggled for so long. And here’s the truth:

My patterns.
