Why do I know this Works? I've lived it.
Hi, I’m Larissa Halls — and I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a body that won’t cooperate, no matter how hard you try.
I spent decades trapped in dieting culture, starting weight watchers at 11, constantly counting, restricting, and blaming myself when it didn’t work. I had to reprogram years of dieting indoctrination —
Unlearning all the “rules” that made me fear food, hate my body, and doubt myself.
At 24, a tumour the size of a small planet in my head changed everything. I realised true health isn’t about the scale — it’s about how safe and supported your mind AND body feels and food and movement is only a part of this equation.
Decades working in fitness and nutrition taught me to help others transform — while I was still struggling with my own body image.
Then the triple whammy - Thyroid issues (hypothyroidism and thyroid nodules that I refused medication for), rapid weight gain as a result of the hypothyroidism, a chronic back injury (from Crossfit), and two babies in my 40's later, the old rules — eat less, move more — simply were not working.
I was desperate to feel me again, vibrant and energised, so I created a new way.
Combining 10 years in health and Fitness and 10 years in holistic health, somatic healing, and subconscious reprogramming I was able to get the real reasons that caused a life time of my struggles. Honestly! It wasn't about knowing more about calories or macro's.
I developed a method that helped me lose over 20kg — without starvation, punishment, or pain.
A way that got to the root cause of why we over-eat when we're not even hungry and discover what we're really hungry for..
