Meet Your Guide – Larissa Halls

For most of my 20s, I had a constant feeling that I wasn't living the life I was meant to be living.

But I ignored it.

Until I got a wake-up call.

I was diagnosed with a  tumour the size of a small planet in my head and underwent major surgery. I was told that if it returned, there was a very high chance it would be cancer. Hmm. Geez!

That experience changed everything.

I began questioning how I was living, how I was treating myself, and why I felt so disconnected from the life I truly wanted.

Like many people, I quickly discovered that insight alone doesn't create lasting change.

I knew what I wanted.
I understood what needed to change.
Yet I kept finding myself pulled back into the same patterns.

I eventually realised something important:

The problem wasn't a lack of knowledge.

The problem was the static.

Years of stress, conditioning, emotional suppression, survival strategies, old beliefs, and patterns I had mistaken for my identity.

 

As I often joke, I had a serious case of "emotional constipation." I'd spent years swallowing feelings, staying strong, pushing through, and ignoring what my body was trying to tell me.

 

That realisation led me into more than 20 years of studying and exploring somatic healing, kinesiology, life coaching, yoga, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation.

What I discovered changed my life.

When we begin clearing the static, we reconnect with the part of ourselves that already knows the way.

The part beneath the conditioning.
Beneath the people-pleasing.
Beneath the overthinking.
Beneath the need to constantly prove ourselves.

The part that is simply... us. The Real You

With this understanding, I was able to transform my health, create a business I love, build a relationship I never thought was possible (my mum still thinks I won the lottery because my husband cooks dinner every night), and most importantly, free myself from many of the cycles and stories that had quietly been running my life.

Today, I help women break the patterns that pull them away from themselves, clear the static of old conditioning and survival strategies, and reconnect with the part of them that already knows the way.

Because I don't believe you need fixing.
