She looks fine. From the outside, she's holding it all together — showing up, managing, keeping everyone else okay.

But inside? She's exhausted in a way sleep doesn't fix. Wired at night, heavy in the morning. Half-present in conversations she knows she should care about. Going through the motions at work — not miserable, just... not lit up. Not even close.

There's a list she carries quietly. Things she'd love to do. Places she'd love to go. A version of herself she can almost see — more alive, more free, more her. But somewhere between the wanting and the doing, a voice cuts in.

"That's for other people.
Who do you think you are.
It probably won't work anyway."

So she talks herself out of it. Again. Says yes to things she doesn't want to do because it's easier than the discomfort of saying no. Numbs out in the evening just to get some relief. And tells herself this is just what life looks like now.

But underneath all of it — underneath the capable, composed woman everyone sees — there's a younger part of her that never quite got the message that she was enough.

Meet your Guide - Larissa Halls

In my 20s, I had a constant feeling like  I wasn’t living the life I was meant to — but I ignored it.

Until I got a wake-up call.

I was diagnosed with having a large tumour in my head and had major surgery. I was told  it could return, then there was a 90% chance it would be cancer..

After that, I decided to drastically change my life. Health, Career, Relationships and how I treated myself.

But like many people, I realised that insight alone doesn’t create long term lasting change. I'd get frustrated with the effort I'd put in, in comparison to the progress I was making.

That’s what led me into this work — understanding the body, the nervous system, and how patterns, stress, beliefs and emotions are held in the body driving our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. 

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve trained in Somatic Healing, Kinesiology, Life Coaching, Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation — and supported thousands of women to understand their  nervous system and begin shifting patterns that once felt like a giant boulder blocking their path, so they too can live a more connected, balanced deeply fulfilling  life.
