Hi I'm Larissa
I didn’t learn meditation in a quiet monastery. I learned it in the middle of real-life chaos and crisis.
In my early twenties, I was navigating a tidal wave of life-shaping events: the sudden loss of a friend, surviving an armed robbery, running a business while barely staying afloat, and then finding out I had the tumour the size of a small planet growing in my head, in which I had major surgery for.
It was intense, overwhelming and it cracked me open in many ways than one.
Meditation and breathwork weren’t just "wellness tools" they became lifelines.
They helped me regulate a nervous system that was constantly in overdrive and reconnect with a sense of calm, safety, and clarity within.
That was over 20 years ago. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others shift from survival mode into a state of grounded presence.
As a registered Kinesiologist, Life Coach, Somatic Healing Facilitator and teacher of Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork, I support people to release stored trauma, move beyond autopilot, calm an overthinking mind, and unravel the patterns that block joy, health, and emotional freedom.
My work is a blend of ancient wisdom and modern science, deeply rooted in lived experience. I’m honoured to be guiding you through this Sacred Sound Meditation & Breathwork Journey. Let’s create space for healing, together.
