Larissa Halls brings over 20 years of expertise in the wellness industry. She spent a decade managing Health Clubs, coordinating wellness programs and prescriptive exercise, followed by another decade dedicated to mind-body and holistic healing modalities.
Disheartened by the 'Biggest Loser' style methods and quick-fix weight loss trends that don't work long term (over 95% of people who lose weight regain it), Larissa started taking a holistic approach with her clients. Many over-eating behaviours are an effect of another cause and until we address that cause the diet or program is a bandaid solution that will eventually fall by the wayside. It's like standing on a cardboard box, you're eventually going to fall through.
Larissa has faced her own health and weight challenges, including major surgery to remove a large tumor in her head and naturally healing hypothyroidism after a significant weight gain (and then having to lose it all).

Your Sanctuary
Find a private and comfy place to experience this challenge. The first 3 days will be a deep meditative practice and the following 2 are a somatic healing journey.


Listening Experience
If possible use some wireless earphones to focus on the sounds and prompts. On Day 3 onwards you may want to move around freely.


Journal, Pen & Water
There are a few prompts you may need to write down so have a journal or paper with a pen handy as well as tissues and water.
