A four-hour sanctuary at the darkest turning point of the year — where the invitation isn't to achieve or produce or figure anything out, but to rest into the quiet, plant a seed for what's coming, and remember that you are the one you've been waiting for.

Through gentle somatic movement, breathwork, sound meditation, and guided visioning, you'll leave with more than a relaxing morning.

And while deeply relaxing you'll leave with a felt sense of your own direction. A seed of intention, planted in your body — not just your mind.

The Winter Solstice is not just a date on the calendar.

It is the longest night. The turning point. The moment the darkness reaches its peak — and then, quietly, begins to yield.

Every ancient culture honoured this threshold. Not by pushing through it, but by entering it.

By trusting that what happens in the dark — the dreaming, the resting, the quiet becoming — is just as sacred as what blooms in the light.

And yet most of us move through the depths of winter still pushing. Still producing. Still giving from a cup that has long been empty.

What to Expect at Your Morning Retreat

This is not a workout. It is not a workshop. It is not something you need to prepare for or be good at.

It is four hours of being gently guided back to yourself.

Opening and Grounding.

 

We begin in circle. Slow movement, soft presence, and an invitation to set down whatever you carried in the door.

A deep arriving with a warm rich cacao drink and ceremony.

Gentle somatic warm-up and grounding yoga to help your body arrive before your mind catches up.

Breathwork & Sound Journey.

 

A guided breathwork practice to release what's been held — followed by a deeply immersive sound meditation.

Crystal bowls, chimes, and resonance that your nervous system will recognise as permission to finally let go.

Dream & Vision Journey.

 

A guided meditation into your own inner landscape. No forcing. No figuring out. Just a quiet conversation with the part of you that already knows. You'll have time to journal, sketch, or simply sit with what arises.

Integration & Closing Ceremony

Somatic integration to ground the experience in your body — where it belongs. We close with a seed ceremony. A small, tangible reminder of the intention you planted here today.

I've been helping people for over 15 years have inner awakenings and 'ah ha' moments through my work as a Kinesiologist, Intuitive Life Coach, Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork teacher.

I love running these small group, 1 day retreats as it helps women feel safe, comfortable and nurtured.

We don't all have the time or money to go away for luxurious thousand dollar retreats to the Maldives or Byron Bay.

This is the next best thing.
