From Clueless to Empowered: My Transformative Journey with Meditation.


In my early twenties, I stumbled upon meditation without any knowledge of its researched benefits. All I knew was that meditation made me feel good—like a gentle ray of sunshine piercing through the thick, grey clouds of constant challenges that followed me.


As a 21-year-old navigating life, I faced numerous hurdles.

I was fumbling my way through my first business managing the dynamics of a team, grieving the tragic loss of a friend in a car accident and experiencing the terrifying encounter of being in an armed hold-up at a supermarket. I was also medically diagnosed with  Irritable Bowel Syndrome (probably caused by stress) and if that weren't enough, at 23 years old I discovered I had a massive tumour growing in my head.


I often reflect on that time as an accelerated dose of personal development and growth.


It was gruelling and at times I felt beyond hopeless but I wouldn't change a thing.


These challenges became the catalyst for shaping my values, propelling me onto the path of my life's purpose.


Today, I teach and share from personal experience rather than merely quoting from a textbook.  Through it all, meditation became my lifeline. It saved me during those tumultuous times, which is why I'm incredibly passionate about sharing its transformative power.


I have experienced firsthand how it can clear the mind, relax the body, and transport us from chaos to calm.


Meditation has not only helped me gain perspective but has also taught me that challenges are not obstacles in our way but rather stepping stones on the path to fulfilling our life's purpose.

What to Expect on the Night?


#1- Gentle Calming Breath Work.

The breath is the gateway to your nervous system. Breathwork is a way to calm the tumultuous stressors from your day, and allow you to feel presence and peacefulness, a great way to start any meditation practice.


#2- Mindfulness, Grounding and Relaxation

Following the breathwork we move into a mindful grounding practice which includes softening of any tense muscles.


#3- Guided Meditation

This is where we bring the awareness to a one pointed focus, reconnect with your deepest self and enjoy moments of stillness with a guided meditation journey.

Hi I'm Larissa...

Meditation has been a life saving part of my life for over 20 years and I've been teaching it for nearly a decade.

I've never lived in a monastery, I'm not a monk nor am I an enlightened being. I teach from a place of everyday life and living. 

I'm a woman, a Mum and a Sister who wants to live the most fulfilling, healthy and  meaningful life.

I'm also a Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Mindful Eating Facilitator, Breath Work Facilitator, Kinesiologist and Life Coach. For over 15 years I've been helping people Calm their over-thinking minds, unblock the patterns standing in the way of living a happy, healthy, fulfilling life and create the healing change they crave.
