Larissa Halls is an integrative health mentor, Somatic Practitioner, Kinesiologist, Yoga + Meditation guide, and Personal Trainer.

For over 20 years, Larissa has supported thousands of women who felt stuck in cycles of overeating, cravings, stress, diet fatigue, and the familiar frustration of “I know what to do, but I can’t seem to do it consistently.”

but because no one had ever taught them how their biology, nervous system, mood chemistry, and subconscious patterns actually work together.

Larissa understands this deeply because she lived it too.
