After our nourishing vegetarian lunch, we’ll gather in a sacred sister circle, a gentle, heart-opening space for reflection, journaling, and soul-deep connection. Through guided rituals and self-realisation practices, you’ll be supported in releasing what no longer serves you and embracing your inner truth. This is a time to be seen, heard, and held as you continue your journey of awakening with clarity and compassion.


Deep Rest and Balance
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a deeply calming and nurturing practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner stillness. Using supportive props like bolsters and blankets, each pose is held for several minutes, allowing your body to fully relax and your nervous system to reset. This gentle, meditative style of yoga encourages healing from within, making it perfect for reducing stress, improving sleep, and cultivating a sense of peace and balance.
Deeply Healing
Sacred Sound Meditation
We’ll complete our day with a sacred sound meditation, a deeply immersive experience that invites you to rest, receive, and integrate. Surrounded by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, flute and gentle soundscapes, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner harmony. This closing ritual offers a peaceful space to reflect, release, and return to your life with a renewed sense of clarity, calm, and connection.

Hi, I’m Larissa
I’ve been facilitating retreats for over a decade, and I know firsthand what it feels like to live in survival mode, constantly pushing, striving, and burning out. For years, that was my reality. I was caught in a cycle of doing more and feeling less, until my body and spirit demanded a different way. The final straw was having major surgery to remove a tumour the size of a small planet from my head. I knew I had to discover how to live my life in a different, more nourishing way.
That turning point led me to the practices I now share with others, tools that helped me regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my inner wisdom, and finally exhale. These retreats aren’t just events, they’re sacred spaces for deep rest, realignment, and remembering who you are beneath the noise.
As a registered Kinesiologist, Life Coach, Somatic Healing Facilitator, and teacher of Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork, I guide people out of autopilot and into presence. My approach blends ancient wisdom with modern science, grounded in lived experience and a deep reverence for the human journey.

This was a Journey of Deep Healing and Letting go for Me - Karen Petersen
I had the privilege of attending the Deep Rest Retreat with my beautiful friend Colleen, hosted by the incredible Larissa Halls at her Everyday Inspiration Mind Body and Wellness Clinic.
Walking into the retreat, I was prepared to open my heart, mind, body, and soul—but I never expected the depth of transformation that would unfold. From the very beginning, I felt safe, supported, and completely held.
Larissa was our lifeguard in what can only be described as a whirlpool of emotions. She guided us through waves of deep healing, helping us move gently from head to heart, and heart to head—bridging the disconnect so many of us carry in our everyday lives.
There were moments that brought up lots of emotions—raw, real, and at times overwhelming. I found myself in a space of ugly crying 😭 (I question myself for wearing makeup 🫣)—and yet, it was incredibly moving.
The energy of the room, the mantra sound healing work 🥰, and the intentional self-reflection created space for true release. This experience was nourishing in every sense. It helped me find a sense of balance I didn’t realise I was missing.
My cup, which had been half full (or nearly empty), is now refilled with love, calm, and clarity. In such a beautiful environment, surrounded by peace and gentle energy, I experienced what true self-healing feels like. I am deeply grateful for this retreat, and for Larissa’s grounded, intuitive guidance.
A delicious lunch was provided, we got to sit and chat and reflect I loved my nurture next, from the beautiful weighted blankets, that we could wrap ourselves in a cocoon, to the fluffy blanket and beautiful eye pillows, that helped ease me into a deep relaxed state Ahhhhh the breath journey - wow this was my first time ever experiencing this deep breathing technique, it was a journey of deep healing and letting go If you are looking for a retreat that brings you home to yourself—heart, mind, and spirit - I cannot recommend this enough.
