I went to the Dr and suddenly without warning, after an MRI, I was diagnosed with having a massive tumour in my head.
I can't even begin to tell you how being told this news shocked me.
It was the proverbial wake up call i needed because I suddenly realised I had to make my health a real priority or I could end up being a statistic.
Who wants to be a statistic especially when 1 in 3 adults are actually pre-diabetic (I know this stat blew me away).
