Becoming you - The Freedom Found from Letting Go Transmission
Becoming You – The Freedom Found from Letting Go Transmission
You’re learning to let go.
We hear this so often.
“Let it go. Let go. Let be.”
Why is this so hard for the individual to simply do?
Right now, Larissa is hanging on, searching, trying, holding on to…
This is the opposite of letting go.
(Just adding and in that moment of internal surrender I actually let go for the message to arrive)
So ask the question:
If you cannot let go, what are you holding on to?
What is the clinging?
What is the fear?
Because the truth be, if more would simply learn to let go, what would you need to experience, walk through, or stop holding on to?
We’re so good at building a construct of who we are — an identity of the self, the “I,” little “I am,” not the pure “I Am.”
We’ve built up webs in a sort of sacred geometry within the field of your own consciousness.
“This is who or what I am,” based on information of the past and the informing of the self.
An internal and external formation of yourself.
And this is what is named or termed the ego identity.
To step into a new identity is to allow the old formations to release and let go.
Think about it.
Think about a woman knitting a jumper.
There is a certain pattern to be followed to create a certain shape.
And what if these parts are incorrect?
She looks back and goes, “Oh, I missed the pattern there.”
“I’ll go back and unravel and let go of those pieces of wool, and I will re-knit the correct pattern.”
This is what we do as humans.
Maybe the incorrect pattern has been knitted for a while.
And it keeps on and on and on until the observer simply stops and looks.
And more importantly… feels.
“This isn’t the pattern that I am to be following.”
“This isn’t the pattern.”
“Let’s let it go.”
“Let’s correct the pattern.”
And so, for many, the stitch just continues to be incorrect.
Incorrectly stitched.
Stitch, stitch… and woven.
Woven, stitched into the tapestry of the self.
Until there becomes a point where one needs to be awakened to this incorrect weave.
That person needs to be woken up.
Stopped.
Stop the knitting of life and simply realise:
“I’m following the wrong stitch.”
And then, in that realization, there is a time to let go.
Sometimes there is an illusion — a thinking that it’s easier to hold on.
“Better the devil you know.”
And in some aspects, for a small amount of time, this may feel correct.
Until what you face becomes no longer a part of who you know you came here to be.
There is a letting go.
A period of unraveling.
A period of undoing.
And in terms of reality for a single individual, this undoing literally means to change one’s reality.
To let go of a false illusion of who you are.
And this is to take the formations of the past, which come through as belief — evidence of what reality is.

The beliefs that were once formed in congruence with the messages of those you grew up around.
Informed by the world around you and what you noticed to be true at the time.
Until a new perspective is formed.
The observer opens up to another realm of awareness.
A deeper understanding of who they really are.
Beyond belief.
Beyond past impressions.
And that tapestry of life starts to come alive.
But like the individual cell, there needs to be a letting go — a sort of death of the old before an opening and a welcoming of the new.
And so, take a moment to connect your head and your heart.
Breathing into the space of your heart chakra.
Feeling the anchoring of your feet, your sit bones into the Earth.
And then noticing your mind.
The objections.
The refute.
The hanging on.
And allow those sensations to simply be there.
Breathing then into the heart.
What would it take for you to learn to let go?
What would you need to let go of?
What belief about yourself and who you think you are is actually untrue — or a half-truth?
What belief about the world around you would you need to let go of that was once perhaps a truth or a half-truth, and start to open your awareness to a greater sphere of understanding?
What would you need to let go of to welcome in the you that is calling you forth from your heart?
Does the flower that stays a bud for life truly get to experience the light of the sun?
The bud that opens through the light of the sun gets to express itself fully.
So perhaps it’s letting go of being that tight, constrained bud and unfurling your petals to open up to the light.
To fully receive the pure force of the universe around you.
That tightly constrained bud…
That flower that is resisting…
That is resisting.
What would it need to do to soften?
To open?
Soften to open.
What part of the body is this belief?
What part of the body is that anchor residing in?
Let every other aspect of yourself be still.
And once you locate this part in your body, give it space to open.
Perhaps feeling one petal at a time opening towards the light, the love, the calling forth of the sun within.
Give yourself the space and the stillness to receive the gift of letting go.
It may be accompanied with emotion…
Sensation…
Breath…
A need to shake and move.
To start to learn the art of letting go.
The art of letting go is actually the art of becoming you.
Connecting within.
Allowing yourself to step out of that box.
Even the prison you created for yourself.
What would it be like to be free?
Free to dance and move and feel, breathe and make decisions.
What would it feel like to be free?
Be free to be you.
And to be free to be you, there is a simple act of learning to let go that needs to occur.
An opening of the tightly constrained artificial self that was created and served you for some time… until now.
To shed some old skin.
To release some bark.
To be able to open to the light of your own inner guidance and your soul.
And the greatest gift you could give yourself is to open up to this light.
It will always shine a path ahead.
It will always give you the next step if you simply learn to listen.
And the art of truly learning to listen to yourself is to stop and connect.
When you want to ring a friend, what do you do?
You don’t ring triple zero.
You dial their specific phone number and you expect them to answer.
And so when you learn to let go of the old and step into the you, the guidance, the light that is always there…
All you need to do is dial in.
And to dial in is to let go of all the outer noise and the inner noise.
To get a pure connection is to simply allow yourself to be.
Be with your breath.
Be with your heart.
And be the answers.
This has always been informing and guiding your life.
Yet this simple art has been lost.
For this simple art has been overridden.
We doubt.
We fear.
We’re not sure where that message comes from.
So we ask the external world — friends, family, Google, AI.
Nobody has the answer.
No thing has the answer.
You already hold it within you.

And there is an access — a simple access path — and that’s self-connection.
It’s a willingness to let go of the old.
Stop holding on to the thing, the life, that is creating the internal suffering.
Allow yourself to connect.
Tune in.
Learn to connect and tune in.
For this connection will and is your North Star.
It’s always there to guide you.
It never wasn’t.
It’s always trying to bring you back.
But yet we have been given free will.
We can choose.
Sometimes we choose against the light.
The way.
Your way.
And we opt for another.
We opt for the pain.
We opt for the suffering.
We opt for what we’re holding on to.
And this is not right or wrong.
It’s one way.
But the question here today, if you are listening to this, is:
Are you ready for your way?
The way of your soul?
The way of your heart?
The way of the blueprint of your life?
Let the answer from within arise.
Are you ready?
For the change has arrived.
The new age is upon us.
And there’s a calling forth of change.
And that change starts with the individual.
It starts with the letting go of the holding on.
Loosening the grip of the old.
Start questioning the way.
Just because we’ve always done it that way, is it really THE way?
Just because I was informed or programmed of this in the past, is this really the way?
Just because our society says so doesn’t make it so.
A simple question in the direction of connecting to your own answers is like a petal of the flower opening to the light.
Start to question.
Find connection.
Because reality is simply that which you make it.
And your old reality may be a little worn out.
Like an old car.
Is it time to upgrade?
What would it feel like to be free?
Connect.
And let your inner authority be greater than any other outer authority.
Your inner authority be greater than any other outer authority.
So allow yourself the space.
A little time.
The breath.
The calming of the mind.
The unfurling of the petals of the heart as you stay deeply grounded and rooted into the Earth.
And allow the light — your own soul star — to start guiding you in your journey.
Your sanctioned journey.
Thank you.
Today’s message is now complete.
Much Love and Wisdom

Gentle Practice Invitation
Take a few slow breaths.
Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your body wherever you feel tension or holding.
Ask yourself gently:
“What am I ready to let go of?”
Then simply listen.
No forcing.
No fixing.
Just noticing.
Sometimes becoming who we truly are begins with loosening our grip on who we thought we had to be.
