More of Me - Transmission

More of Me - Living in Alignment with your own Soul Song
This transmission came through me differently. I didn't write it — I spoke it, at my desk, and felt it move through my body in real time (I may post the actual audio below, I'm still deciding, it starts off slow as it takes a moment to fully embody the flow of the frequency coming through. also getting used to how my voice sounds when I "receive this guidance", it's a bit weird).
I still feel the warmth in my chest as I share it with you. I'm learning to hold these moments — the ones that feel bigger than me, that arrive from somewhere I can't fully name. What I do know is that they're not mine to keep. So here it is.
Added note: Ok I'm crapping myself, I've decided to include the audio. I recorded it on my phone, there's no editing, just a raw copy of it..
More of Me
Look around. The stagnation and the quality of life that we are living are a reflection of our ability to fully be with ourselves.
When we are unable to be with ourselves, we are unable to be fully with the experience that we are living in the moment. And what is happening is that inability to fully be with ourselves and our experience sends us looking for outside influence — the hope that that outside influence draws deep into the seed of the soul.
But that outside influence will only distort the connection to the soul.
And so to fully be yourself, to be 'more of me', is to fully sit with your experience in its entirety. It is to move out of the head and into the body, and allow the notes to sing themselves into balance.
We have an epidemic of what I (Larissa) call emotional constipation — a phenomenon that describes beautifully the way we have clogged our systems.
Just as these companies clog our environment with toxins, we are essentially holding tension in our own body, which you could describe as a knot, or you could describe as a blockage. And these blockages stop us from fully being ourselves.
And so to learn to be ourselves, we need to learn to feel ourselves.
And feeling ourselves allows us to fully experience life in its entirety.
So take a moment to take that full breath — not just because I've instructed you to, but because you want it to fully land and open up. Because you want to receive life in its entirety. And to receive life in its entirety is to open up to the balance of both poles.
We live in a world of duality, yet we want to close down to half of that force. We want to avoid. We want to distract. We want to numb. But closing down to half of that force closes us down to life itself.
It closes us down to fully being ourselves.
Because to be ourselves, we need to be driven by a different force than fear. We need to be driven by something other than reaction or avoidance. We need to learn to connect the lower parts of who we are to the higher self and higher realms, and to be led by our heart.
To be led by the heart is not intellectual demise. To be led by the heart is an informing of yourself. It is a convergence of higher and lower. And that convergence allows us to fully embrace both sides.
It allows us to assimilate and metabolise the doubt and the fear that we feel below, and it allows us to draw down the love and the light that we hold above.
And when these two parts of ourselves converge and emerge, it creates what we know as the yin and the yang — the wholeness of who we really are.
And so denying parts of ourselves is simply splintering our wholeness. And so then we feel like half a person. Then we feel we aren't enough. Then we feel we're missing something. And so we go searching for that something. We go searching to create that wholeness again. And that searching is a distraction in itself.
Yes, we may find answers — but unless we fully metabolise those concepts and constructs to become whole again, the answer doesn't become a solution; it becomes another distraction.
Because even meditation itself can be a distraction. It can be another form of dissociation, of illusion, of delusion. Or meditation can be used as a tool to integrate.
Such as in our world today — social media. It is simply a tool, just as meditation and breathwork are tools. We can use it as a force to help bring us closer to our whole, to integrate our unintegrated parts, or we can use it simply to distract and dissociate.
And so can you see a pattern emerging? It's not the tool itself. It's the way we use the tool. Breathwork and meditation can be used to distract and dissociate. Social media can be used to distract and dissociate. AI can be used to distract and dissociate.
We blame the tool. We blame the messenger. And yet all of these tools can be used to create wholeness and bring us closer back to ourselves — closer back to the core of our being and closer back to the heartbeat of who we really and truly are.
There are eight billion people, each having an experience of their own reality. Remember that no two realities are exactly the same.
No two pasts, no two futures.
And yet we have a disease called comparison — a disease of the mind where we take our halfness and compare it to somebody else's halfness, and we see only our inabilities. This disease of comparison is simply another way we disconnect.
Or we use it in the opposite direction — to boost our own ego. I know better. I am better. But this too is another form of disconnection.
And so we need to tune the instrument of the mind, just as we need to tune the instrument of our heart, and tune the instrument of our base — our own seat of inner power.
We draw our outer reflections and perceptions inward. Comparison is a distraction. It is a distraction from the signal. It is a distraction from you tuning in to the being and the wholeness of you.
So take a moment. Take a full breath. Let it go.
Were you able to simply be with that breath? Be with the sensation in your body? Or were you pulled away?
Allow yourself to fully be more of you.
What would that mean to you?
Would it mean speaking your own truth instead of closing down your voice? Would it mean standing taller and taking up more space? Would it mean waking up and beginning in a different thought pattern, with a different resonance? Would it mean letting more light in? Would it simply mean letting go — integrating the experience of the past?
And while I speak of this, I am not saying that in the human experience this is easy.
But the only thing that will pay dividends in your life is bringing you back to being closer to yourself.
Not anybody else — closer to yourself. This is the nectar we are searching for in the outer world. It's the sweetness that we are yearning for. Because to fully embrace and be ourselves means to feel whole.
It is to fill the void of nothingness — because there is nothing to fill. There is a wholeness, a sweetness, a divine energy that is within you right this very moment. But to open up, to learn to let live and let go, to welcome back and to integrate —
See the dichotomy of this: letting go, and yet calling back.
This is the duality, the paradox in which we live.
This is the answer to our malaise. And this is not just an ethereal concept — it is also a practical one. Because we live in a world of both matter and spirit. This is not about denying the body and seeking higher realms.
This is about using the human body and mind in their entirety.
Because you would not be human if you were here to deny the human body — you would be in a different dimension. So denying the body is negating the very purpose of being in the body. The body is matter on our earth plane, yes — but the body is also vibrational. And every denying of the self simply creates a block. A block in the flow of the music that is you.
Eight billion different people are playing a different song.
But what is happening is that many people aren't playing their own song — they're playing somebody else's. And so the collective field has gaps.
It has voids and holes, because you're not playing your own instrument, your own song. So the key is to focus on the music within.
Because the music within will create an outer resonance that will fill the harmonic and melodic gaps in the consciousness of the collective.

The answer isn't out there. The answer is within. The answer is in here, inside of you.
So take a breath and truly feel. Let it out. Feel your physical human body.
Notice the density in some areas and the lightness in others — both coexisting at the same time.
Our human denseness and our etheric, divine lightness are not separate. They are coexisting at the same time. It's not about denying one and seeking the other. It's about integrating our parts, our layers, our dimensional parts — to fully experience the instrument of being human.
And so let that fully land today.
Let it seep deeply into your soul. Let it land in your solar plexus for metabolising and breaking down. Let it land in your root chakra. Let it land in your heart, your third eye, and your crown. Let it open your voice. Let it allow you to say yes to what feels right in your heart. Allow yourself to say no when you feel contraction. The body is a tuning fork. The body will give you the answers — yet we are distracted and dissociated from the physical form most of the time.
Some of us even act like machines, so well programmed. And that's okay. This is the first part of humanness — we receive our downloads and then we need to sift through them. Kind of like when you go on holiday and you want to find your swimsuit and it's at the bottom of your suitcase. You move away all the other things that are not your swimsuit — and there it is. There I am.
And so we need to sift away all the notes, patterns, and frequencies that are not our own. We don't burn the boat that carried us across the river. We thank the boat. This is how we got to where we are right now. We don't deny our past experience, for our past experience was — and IS — the experience. It has seeded the foundation upon which we can now stand, claim ourselves, and move forward.
Moving forward into the new world, the new realm.
To fill the gaps and voids of the collective is to simply move back into your own heart and remember the mantra:
More of me. More of me. More of me.
And your vibrational tuning fork — your body — will help you decipher what is truly you, and what is not.
So breathe. Breathe. Breathe into your essence. Breathe into your own vibrational field. Allow your spine to be tall, your chest to be wide, your shoulders to relax. Hold your head up high.
Breathe.
More of me. More of me.
This is my message today. I hope it lands.
More of me.
Thank you. Thank you.

I Larissa Have some Reflective Questions for you - Sit with these. Let your body answer before your mind does. (you may even want to. do the meditation in the previous post check it out HERE).
- Where in your life are you playing somebody else's song instead of your own?
- What are you using as a distraction — and what might you be avoiding feeling beneath it?
- When you sit quietly with yourself, what is the first sensation you notice in your body? Can you stay with it without trying to change it? (it's ok if you can't it may be too uncomfortable).
- What would more of you actually look like in your daily life — in your relationships, your work, your voice?
- Where are you saying yes when your body is contracting?
- What part of yourself have you been denying that is quietly asking to be integrated?
- If comparison is a distraction from your own signal — what do you think your signal is actually trying to tell you?
- What experience from your past are you still carrying as a wound, that might be ready to become a foundation?
